Dr. Yancheng Zuo, O.M.D. (Oriental Medical Doctor) is a licensed acupuncturist in Utah and National Board Certified in Acupuncture. He has over 30 years of extensive experience with needles, herbs and physical therapy. In conjunction with his credentials in acupuncture, Dr. Zuo has over 18 years of experience in the field of orthopedic surgery. He earned his Medical Doctor Degree (M.D.) from Southeast University School of Medicine in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China and received his fellowship from Hunan Medical University in Changsha, Hunan, China. He was the attending physician and instructor of anatomy and orthopedics for two teaching hospitals in China. He has also dedicated 15 years of his medical career conducting advanced molecular-biology research first at Temple University School of Medicine, and later at the University of Utah School of Medicine. His work has been published by the The Journal Of Biological Chemistry.
